Candidates send Monkey a CV which summarizes their professional history, education, skills and achievements and a Video which lasts for 2-3 minutes introducing yourself.

The candidates have an online interview and demo class with Monkey teacher manager. This step allows both potential teacher and Monkey to decide if the individual's teaching skills and character align with the company's needs and culture.

Then, candidates will enter a training session with one of our teacher managers. This steps help you understand thoroughly Monkey's lesson curriculum, class system and practical teaching methods on conducting a class efficiently.
